Dan Bergeron has more than 20 years experience in the fields of SMT manufacturing, concurrent engineering, design for manufacturing, and RF assembly. He has a proven track record in creating effective manufacturing teams that deliver high quality electronics assemblies on time.

Tom Kaneb has worked in the business management and financial arena for the past 25 years. His education includes an engineering degree from Queens and an MBA from Harvard University. Tom is the catalyst of the management team. His emphasis on controlled growth and focused business strategy is a key factor in the success of SigmaPoint Technologies.

Gizanne brings over 20 years of experience as a financial controller in various manufacturing settings including transportation services, food industry, packaging and transportation cabs. Gizanne graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting.

An integral part of the executive team, David is a graduate of Cejep of Sherbrooke and Ecole de Technologie Supperieur de Montreal. David began his career in 1998. prior to joining SigmaPoint David worked as an NPI engineer working closely with the design team. He then moved into the role of Program Engineer at Hyperchip. Since then David has held a variety of position dealing with all aspects of operating a contract manufacturer -  from account management to MIS management.

Steve has been with Sigmapoint Technologies Inc. since 2005. Prior to starting at Sigmapoint Technologies Inc., he was employed at several divisions of Nortel Networks. With over 9 years of experience in the high-tech fields, Steve has held positions in NPI Test Engineering, Product and System Engineering management. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from École de Technologies Supérieure (Université du Québec) and is presently completing a Masters in Engineering Management from Université of Sherbrooke.  Steve is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

Stephane became part of the SigmaPoint team in early 2006. Prior to joining SigmaPoint Steph held positions at Nortel, Millenium Automation, and General Motors. Stephane has been the driving force behind SigmaPoint's shift to Lean Manufacturing and will guide the group to becoming World Class Lean Six Sigma on July 2nd 2010 at 12 noon. Stephane holds a Bachelor's in Automated Production Engineering and is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

Paula joins Sigmapoint Technologies Inc. with more than 15 years experience in the field of human resources. Her career path in the manufacturing industry includes automotive, transportation cabs, windows and printing. This diversification has prepared her for the competitive high tech industry having developed a signature approach with keen business acumen in diverse work settings. Paula received her Industrial Management & Accounting Diploma from St. Lawrence College in 1985 and attained Human Resource Provincial Designation in 2004. Paula has been a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario since 1995 and sits on the Executive Board of the SD&G Chapter of HRPAO.

Lyn joins SigmaPoint with over 30 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, primarily at Mitel and BreconRidge. After fulfilling various operations and material management roles in Kanata, Lyn completed three separate international assignments in Mexico and Europe, returning to Canada to lead a number of high-level projects around acquisitions and system integrations. Lyn is responsible for all aspects of SigmaPoint's supply chain, including planning,
scheduling, procurement and warehousing.

Bill brings to SigmaPoint Technologies over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications and Electronic Manufacturing Industry.  A graduate from the University of New Brunswick, Bill joined our team in 2002 as an Account Manager.  His extensive background in Training & Development, Logistics and Project Management has allowed a seamless transition into his current roll as Production Manager.
