Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the successful candidate will provide tactical support and act as the primary interface between the customer and the various SigmaPoint (SP) functional areas that are necessary to manage the day-to-day customer relationship. The Program Manager will be the “voice of SigmaPoint” to the customer and the “voice of the customer” to SigmaPoint.

Main Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to deliver appropriate levels of customer service and satisfaction such that members are engaged, responsible and productive to satisfy internal & external metrics.
Lead the regular meetings held between Customer and CFT.
Support the CFT in continuous improvement / lean activities and programs.
Work with team members to resolve issues and present potential solutions to the Customer.
Receive Quote Request information from Customer and work with the SP Quote Team to launch a quote to successfully meet the customer’s and SP’s requirements.
Resolve alignment issues between Purchase Orders, Quotes, Contracts and Technical Data Packages Revision Control.
Ensure the CFT is properly interpreting and executing contractual requirements.
Work with CFT to provide acceptable commitments based upon customer demand and SPs capabilities.
Communicate original SP Purchase Order commitments to Customer.
Monitor Customer’s open orders ensuring that there is system alignment between SP and Customer.
Champion resolution of Customer specific On-Time Delivery (OTD) issues.
Participate in kick-off meetings to ensure successful handover from Business Development as it relates to the New Customer Introduction Process, successful integration of new customers and manufacturing readiness.
Participate and provide support in periodic revenue reporting updates.
Escalate issues as appropriate through internal site management and corporate resources.
Maintain an awareness of the customer’s product life-cycle plans.
Support Customer Visits and Quarterly Business Reviews including setting agendas and preparing any applicable presentation information.
Maintain Customer Specific Action Register and drive actions to closure.


A post-secondary education in business administration in addition to project management experience in the electronics field.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
The ability to learn the operating facets of the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
An understanding of MRP systems.
Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and support continuous improvement.
Exceptional computer skills, experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point.
Attention to detail, highly organized, flexible, efficient and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A demonstrated high level of initiative and the ability to work independently, with proven team building & leadership skills.
