Responsibilities:
- Review financial transactions.
- Lead month end close process including journal entries and analysis.
- Perform various reconciliations.
- Prepare month end financial statement and provide analysis for Controller review.
- Perform various analysis, recurring and ad hoc.
- Prepare tools, data and documents required for the budget process.
- Support SAP enhancement project
- Calculate performance measures (KPI) to support the company’s strategic direction.
- Support external auditors with yearend audits.
- Support financial reporting automation.
- Audit and ensure the data integrity of IT systems and their output.
- Support Controller for upcoming additional improvement projects
Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- A Bachelors’ degree in accounting or business administration.
- CPA designation or minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Detailed oriented and computer savvy.
- Passionate team player how wants to make a difference.
- Experience in SAP is a strong asset.
